    A half-hour call to understand what you need and why now. If we are not the right fit, we say so on that call.

    Fixed scope and price

    You get it in writing: what is included, what is not, how long it takes and what it costs. One price, not a range that grows later.

    We build in pieces

    You see progress every week on a link you can open. Changes of direction are cheap when they come early.

  4. 04

    Handover and keys

    You get the code, the accounts and a guide to run it. If you want us to stay there is maintenance; if not, you keep everything.

05Who we are

A small team that writes the code.

Oultra is a software consultancy based in Guadalajara, Mexico. We are a small, fixed team: the person you discuss the project with is the one who builds it.

We do not subcontract the development or route your account through a manager who translates what you said. Decisions land fast and nobody has to explain the same thing twice.

We build our own products alongside client work. It forces us to live with our technical decisions long-term, which is a good filter for shortcuts.
