Corporate email

We set up your company email on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, design the signatures, and authenticate the domain so your messages land where they should.

Who it is for

  • Businesses still using a Gmail or Hotmail account to deal with clients.
  • Companies where everyone assembled their own signature and no two look alike.
  • Teams whose email lands in spam and who do not know why.

What it includes

  • Domain setup

Accounts, aliases and groups on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with DNS records configured correctly.

  • Custom signatures

Designed with your identity and tested in Gmail, Outlook and on phones, which is where they usually break. Rolled out uniformly across the team.

  • Domain authentication

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured. This tells receiving servers the mail genuinely came from you, and stops anyone impersonating your company.

  • Migration

Moving mail, contacts and calendars from the previous provider without losing history.

  • Team guide

Short instructions for setting up mail on phones and computers, written for non-technical people.

What we need from you

  • 01 Access to the panel where your domain is managed.
  • 02 The list of people who need accounts and their roles.
  • 03 A high-resolution logo and your brand colors, for the signatures.

Frequently asked questions

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

If your team already lives in Excel and Teams, Microsoft. If they work in the browser and share documents all day, Google. If you have no preference, Google tends to be simpler to administer for small teams.

Why does my email land in spam?

Almost always because SPF, DKIM or DMARC is missing or misconfigured. It is the first thing we check and it usually resolves the same day.

Do signatures update themselves when someone changes role?

On Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 they can be managed centrally, so a change applies without asking anything of the person.
