Scope

These terms cover the use of oultra.dev and the public tools we publish, such as AI Readiness Audit. Consulting services are governed by the specific contract for each project.

Permitted use

You may use our public tools to check sites you own or are authorized to check. You may not use them to attack third-party systems, attempt to exceed usage limits, or automate the service at a volume that affects other users.

Tool results

AI Readiness Audit results are informational and automated. They are a useful starting point, not a verdict: the final decision about what to change on your site is yours.

Availability

We offer the public tools as they are, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may modify or suspend them, and we will post a notice on the site when a change matters.

Ownership

The brand, content and code of this site belong to Oultra. Code developed for a client transfers according to that project’s contract.

Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the free tools on this site. Obligations for consulting projects are defined in their corresponding contract.
