Maintenance and support
A monthly plan for software already in production: updates, monitoring, verified backups, small changes, and a person who answers when something goes down.
Who it is for
- Businesses whose site or system was built by someone no longer available.
- Companies that only think about their software when it stops working.
- Teams who need small changes often and do not want to quote each one.
What it includes
-
Updates
Dependencies and security patches kept current, tested before they go live.
-
Monitoring
An alert when the site goes down or something starts failing, rather than hearing it from a customer.
-
Verified backups
Automatic copies and a periodic test restore, so you know the backup works before you need it.
-
Change hours
A monthly allowance for adjustments: copy, prices, a new section, one more report.
-
Direct line
You write and someone who knows your system answers, without going through a ticket form.
What we need from you
- 01 Access to the code and to the services the system runs on.
- 02 A sense of what counts as urgent for you and what can wait until tomorrow.
Frequently asked questions
Do you maintain software you did not build?
Yes. We start with a review to understand what is there and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or rebuilding. Sometimes rebuilding costs less.
What if I do not use the hours in a given month?
We agree on that upfront. Hours can roll over for a period, or the plan can be sized to what you actually use.
Is there a response time commitment?
Yes, and it depends on the plan. We put it in writing with a clear difference between "the site is down" and "I want to change some copy".
Does this sound like your case?
Write to us with two or three lines about what you need. We answer with specific questions, not a catalog.
